The Governing Body is asked to consider and approve a contract between the City and Pinegar, Smith & Associates, Inc. for governmental affairs and legislative monitoring services for 2024. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Pinegar, Smith & Associates, Inc. has provided governmental affairs and legislative monitoring services to the City since 2015. Their professional services contract for 2024 is presented for Governing Body consideration and approval. The 2024 base fee at $26,075.00 with reimbursement for expenditures not to exceed $500.00, without prior approval. There are no changes other than the date from the 2023 contract. |
