The Governing Body is asked to consider and allow the Mayor to proclaim September 12, 2023, as Diana Sanford Day in Garden City, Kansas. |

Senior Records Clerk Diana Sanford will retire on September 12, 2023, after 18 years with the City of Garden City, Kansas. The Commission is asked to consider the proclamation to honor the occasion. |

- The Governing Body may approve allowing the Mayor to proclaim September 12, 2023, as Diana Sanford Day.
- The Governing Body may not allow the Mayor to proclaim September 12, 2023, as Diana Sanford Day.
