The Governing Body is asked to consider and approve an appointment to the Public Safety Advisory Board.

The Public Safety Advisory Board has three vacant positions, representing the Asian American, Religious, and Garden City High School Student communities. Garden City resident Father Cameron Randle has submitted an application to be considered for the Religious board position, which was vacated by Father Tom Kerschen in July 2023. Father Randle's term would expire in December 2025.

1. The Governing Body may approve appointing Father Cameron Randle to fill the vacant Religious position, with the term expiring December 2025.
2. The Governing Body may not approve appointing Father Cameron Randle and recommend that the board continue recruiting board members.

The Public Safety Advisory Board recommends the Governing Body approve appointing Father Cameron Randle to the vacant Religious position with the term expiring December 2025.
