The Governing Body is asked to consider and approve the Replat, 8th Street Brickworks. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Pro-Stake Surveying requests approval for the Parcel Plat, 8th Street Brickworks. The site is generally located at 601-609 North Eighth Street, Garden City. The property contains +/-0.6 acres and is currently zoned “C-3” Central Business District. The applicant would like to replat the property to be able to sell off the lots individually in the future. There are no new plans for construction at this time.
The third submittal of the replat was presented for review on July 31, 2023, and met requirements.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Commission recommended approval of the parcel plat at the July 20, 2023 meeting.
